Things are looking good for the Cake Boss Challenge..  They're going to let me know the first week in August.  Busy making key lime pies, key lime pies more key lime pies, but we'll never forget or neglect the cannolis.  We might try spinning gelato to cool off from the heat. we'll let you know how it turns out.

hey everyone its me chef joe for some reason i feel beat douwn tonight its not easy trying to make
everyone happy so i think i need a day of golf cigars and ice cold beers i love the summer and the great desserets that i can make so maybe   i will tke a day for me tomorrow let me know what you think i should do
with a whole day to my self i'll be checking in

Cake Boss Watch out

Hey, Chef Joe of La Bella Torte, is interviewing for the Cake Boss' new show. It has no title yet, its a competition show like Top Chef only its all desserts.  They called Joe this morning and said they loved his application, and want to see an audition tape.  We're super excited, and jumping for joy.  And chef Joe is now tucked away filming his audition tape, and we're finally going to get cannoli magic on video.  Look for it on youtube.
