Cake Boss Watch out

Hey, Chef Joe of La Bella Torte, is interviewing for the Cake Boss' new show. It has no title yet, its a competition show like Top Chef only its all desserts.  They called Joe this morning and said they loved his application, and want to see an audition tape.  We're super excited, and jumping for joy.  And chef Joe is now tucked away filming his audition tape, and we're finally going to get cannoli magic on video.  Look for it on youtube.
